Sort the projects into folders

Keep the jobs together per customer or town when the list starts getting long.

Get started3 min6 steps
  1. 1

    Open the project list

Go to Projects. At the top are two buttons: All shows every project whatever folder it is in, and Folders shows the folders.

  2. 2

    Create a folder

Press Folders, then New folder, and give it a name: a customer, a town, a year. Whatever you will actually go looking for later.

  3. 3

Put a project in the folder

On the project card you pick Move to folder and point out the folder. Take out of the folder puts it back among the unfiled ones.

  4. 4

    Open a folder

Under Folders, press a folder to see only its projects. Each folder shows how many it holds, No folder gathers the ones you have not sorted yet, and All folders takes you back.

  5. 5

Duplicate a project you are about to do again

Duplicate on the card makes a copy with drawings, quantities and everything. Handy when the next house is the same house type: open the copy and change what differs.

  6. 6

Delete a folder without losing jobs

Open the folder and delete it with the button beside its name. The projects in it stay: they end up among the unfiled ones, not in the bin.
